A BIT OF HISTORY
A family run independent Coffee Roastery
Having successfully ran a popular cafe and coffee shop for the last 15 years and strategically located on the world famous NC500 route. Our curiosity and passion for high quality coffee grew into an obsession. This led us on the start of our journey to believing we could source, roast and blend ethically sourced beans and have a business that was involved with the beans from source to cup.
Our experience with coffee roasting helped us to get the best flavours out of each bean – crafting a balance between chocolate, caramel tones and body and acidity.
We are delighted on how successful and popular our locally roasted coffees have been in our cafe in Golspie and we are very excited to upscale our production and sell our exclusively selected coffees and blends from the top of the Scottish Highlands direct to your door through our new mail order delivery service.
