For over 15 years, we have proudly run a popular café and coffee shop, strategically located on the world-famous NC500 route. Our curiosity and passion for high-quality coffee grew into an obsession, inspiring us to expand into an independent coffee roastery. We are committed to sourcing, roasting, and blending ethically sourced beans, creating a business that is involved in every step – from bean to cup.
With years of experience in coffee roasting, we’ve perfected the art of bringing out the best flavours in every bean, crafting the perfect balance of chocolate and caramel tones, alongside body and acidity.
Our locally roasted coffees have been a hit with our café customers at The Coffee Bothy in Golspie, and we are excited to now share our carefully selected blends with a wider audience. Through our mail-order delivery service, you can enjoy our exclusive Scottish Highland coffee freshly roasted and delivered directly to your door.
